At Sojourners Church we believe that the work of the Church is a team activity. Every person is called to be released into their gifting to serve God’s kingdom. Our staff team lead, equip, and serve the wider leadership and members of the church.

Clergy & Staff

Andrew Seedhom

Congregation Minister
Andrew serves as the Congregation Minister at Sojourners Church and is a member of the original team that launched Sojourners. Having always lived in the City of Wyndham, Andrew has a heart to see wandering hearts in the west of Melbourne find rest in Jesus. With a decade of experience as a school chaplain, he brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and compassion to his role. Andrew is married to Jess, and they have three children. He holds a BA in Health Science and a MDiv from Ridley College. Andrew is an ordained Anglican minister in the Diocese of Melbourne.

Mark Tibben

Executive Minister
Mark serves as the Executive Minister at Sojourners Church and is a member of the original team that launched Sojourners. While working at Suburban Church, Mark was inspired by the vision for planting Sojourners and felt called to join the effort. This led to the establishment of the team ministry model that exists at Sojourners today. Mark is married to Emily and holds a BA in Arts and a MDiv from Ridley College. He is an ordained Anglican minister in the Diocese of Melbourne.

Jess Seedhom

Director of Local Mission
Jess is the director of Local Missions at Sojourners Church. She has a heart for supporting and connecting the local community. This currently involves running playgroups and parent groups in Werribee and looking into other ways that Sojourners Church can assist the people of Wyndham. Married to Andrew, they have four children. Jess holds a BA in Early Childhood and Primary Education. 

Zane Boothby

Church Administrator
Zane serves as the Church Administrator at Sojourners Church. Originally from Latvia, Zane moved to Melbourne at 20 years of age to marry her husband Steve. After dedicating several years to raising their five children, Zane has now channeled her exceptional organisational and administrative skills into serving the Church.

John Boothby

Ministry Resident
John has been part of the Sojourners community since day one, joining the church at its launch in 2019 before coming on staff as a Ministry Resident in 2024. He is nearing the end of his studies at Ridley Theological College as he pursues ordination in the Anglican Church. John has a long history of supporting people through his previous work in youth ministry, the drug and alcohol sector, and school chaplaincy. He and his wife, Melanie, have three children and love to spend their downtime camping with family and friends. 

Hannah Pullar

Director of Next Generations
Hannah serves as the Co-ordinator of Next Generations. As a teacher, musician and ministry volunteer, Hannah has enjoyed working with children and young people for many years. She loves seeing young people know and experience the love of God; and helping the church love and learn from young people. Married to Matthew, they have three boys together. Hannah holds a  BMus, BA and Grad Dip Ed, and is currently studying at Ridley College. 

Mary Jeffrey

Director of Youth Ministry
Mary serves as the Director of Youth Ministry at Sojourners Church. Mary comes with a wealth of experience gained from various ministry roles within The Salvation Army. After having her first daughter, Mary and her husband were searching for a church home, and found themselves incredibly blessed by the Sojourners community. They were able to truely find rest in Jesus after working in ministry for many years. She is married to Tom and they have two daughters. Mary is passionate about young people being discipled and nurturing a culture of inclusion and safety that is filled with fun and laughter.
